The week flew by…with TONS of fun!!

Yesterday we completed our week long Neighborhood VBS. WOW! What a great week God blessed us with!! We had 58 children come to have fun and learn about the Word of God. We feel honored about the privilege of loving on and sharing with each of these 58 children! God is GOOD! We ended yesterday with ice cream cones for everyone…which we all enjoyed despite the cool, overcast weather of our ‘winter’ here! Njeri, a ten-year-old girl, asked me on day four ‘can we have VBS during EVERY holiday from school??’! So glad they had fun, learned a lot and are interested in doing it again!

Yesterday afternoon Mwalimu brought us this thank you picture he drew…what a treasure! I think he learned the fruit of the Spirit…and had some fun along the way!
